The Wellspring online training courses will run on any device with internet access and a browser. For specific requirements, visit technical support.

The final exam should be taken after you complete the course. If you do not receive a passing grade of 70% or more, you will have the opportunity to re-take the exam as many times as necessary until you reach a score of at least 70%. In order to re-take the test, submit a support request from the technical support page.

When you purchase a course you will have three months to complete the course. During that time you can access the course as often as you'd like. All courses are available 24/7 from any computer having internet access.

No, you cannot easily print a copy of the entire course; however, you can print the course outline and domain-level glossary.

The amount of time that it takes each student to complete each course will vary based on a few factors, including your background and the speed at which the student reads and absorbs the information presented. Additionally, the course length itself varies from course to course. The average length of time per course is is 2-4 hours. Keep in mind, although the seat time for a course (the amount of time it takes to complete a course) may be three hours, that is equivalent to six classroom hours towards initial licensing or renewal.

You can download and/or print a certificate of completion at any timeā€”even after your course has expired. Before you can print your certificate, you must fulfill these requirements:

  • Complete the course
  • Complete the test with a score of 70 or more.
  • Complete the course rating.

After your purchase, PayPal will automatically send you a receipt for your order. If you need a receipt at a later point in time, you can simply go to PayPal and login. View your transactions and look for the transaction for which you need a receipt. Click on 'details' for the course purchased, and you will be sent to a page with the transaction details. From there, you can simply print the page.

We do not offer scholarships directly. However, if you are seeking Licensure or Certification in New Jersey, you may qualify for scholarships from New Jersey Prevention Network (NJPN) or the NJ Certification Board.

Each state board has its own rules related to online or distance learning, so check with your local board regarding what percentage of your coursework can be taken online. On average, states allow 50% online training toward initial credentialing requirements and most states allow 100% of continuing education to be taken online.

In order to change or correct your name on the course certificate, login to the training system. After you login, you will see your name at the top of the page. Click on your name and select profile update to make a name change.
